A two-type sterling vintage chain with a wee aquamarine, a bronze hand and a vintage horseshoe - this one is all about luck, brilliance and happiness - hence me thinking of Aglaea (one of the the three Charites (Graces).

Aquamarine - “water of the sea”—holds the depth and motion of the ocean itself. Its cool blue steadies the heart, calms the mind, and teaches emotion to flow without fracture. Linked to the throat, it guides honest, gentle expression, reminding us that true courage is calm, quiet, and enduring - like tides that shape the world without force.

The bronze hand pendant carries its own language of symbolism. Each finger represents one of the five elements within us: the thumb as fire and universal consciousness, the index as air and individual awareness, the middle as akasha, or connection, the ring as earth, and the little finger as water. Together, they form a map of balance and alignment, a reminder that the elements flow through us, shaping strength, intuition and balance.

Set alongside them, a horseshoe symbolises protection, good fortune, and guidance. Traditionally worn with its open end up to catch luck, it acts as a talisman, turning intention into energy and shielding the wearer from negativity. Paired with aquamarine and elemental bronze, it feels imbued with happy harmony.
