High Priestess Selene

A pale smokey quartz with hematite inclusions and rainbows, double capped in recycled sterling silver with a vintage tassel and ribbon from my Nov 2024 trip to Indonesia. I envisioned the person who gets this piece to add their own talismans and blessed strings and and and to this.

Silver, with its calming Yin energy, is intrinsically linked to the moon. The Incas referred to it as “Tears of the Moon,” and throughout history, silver has been associated with numerous goddesses connected to lunar energies: Artemis, Mawu, Cerridwen, Hecate, Sina, Diana, Bendis, Coyolxauhqui, Ch’ang-o, and Ix Chel, to name just a few.
