Battle Selenite

I recently acquired two beautiful pieces of Gypsum-Selenite from East Sussex, England, originally collected in 1989.

Selenite is a high-vibrational crystal renowned for its ability to cleanse, clear, and release energetic blockages. Uniquely self-cleansing, it’s often used to purify and recharge other crystals and to energetically clear spaces. In the right environment, Selenite can help restore energetic balance. Though its intensity can feel ungrounding or overstimulating for some, many find its energy incredibly calming and soothing - so much so that it's even used to support restful sleep. Selenite has control over time, and like the moon itself, she is ever-changing. Makes perfect sense then that Selenite imbues rejuvenation, intuition, manifestation magic and divine feminine energy. Recharging you and other crystals, selenite will help you realign yourself with its steady energy - Light and steady is her vibe, growing at an insanely slow pace (like 2 mm every 80 years or something). But don't freak out about owning some, it is also one of the most common minerals on earth - you're good.

I personally put these on my altar and use them to charge up my talismans. In a bid to reduce Smith & Sun's carbon footprint, I'm looking to increasingly source UK crystals, and really love having these in the shop. I actually got three but had to keep one!
