Amethyst's are meditative, calming stones which work in the emotional, spiritual, and physical planes to promote calm, balance, and peace. It is also used to eliminate impatience, and yes,  I have a few of them in my personal collection... : ) haha. Smokey quartz lifts negativity, eases stressful situations and helps ground you with positive energy - I always think its the perfect urban crystal.

This crystals name comes from the Greek word 'amethustos', meaning non-drunk. In ancient Greece they made cups from the purple stone, believing that drinking from it, could prevent you from becoming inebriated. Hmmm, well, we can certainly test this theory, but maybe not with this piece!

This amulet is a wonderfully cut double terminated smokey amethyst wand. It is about 5.5cm in length and can come with or without a heavy sterling chain (67gm of 925 silver). 

NOTE: one side as a chip in it, which be placed inward, and not seen. Though the more OCD of us will be sad, it doesn't reduce its power or beauty...
